THE CERTIFIED BOOK WORM

First and foremost, I'm a Hufflepuff. I feel like your Hogwarts house tells you so much about a person, so for those of you who feel the same way, I'm a Hufflepuff, take from that what you will. Oh, and if you haven't figured out yet, I'm a HUGE Potterhead! I love Sirius and Regulus Black! Harry Potter is obviously the best series written in the history of time, which is why I don't even bother categorising it as my favourite because I feel like having to put it on a scale in the first place is an insult.

I love reading, hence the blog. I just love the feeling of immersing into a really good book and when you finally put it down, that brief moment of absolute confusion when you look around the room and realise you've actually just been sat in the same spot all day because the adventures you go on feel so real ... to me they are real.

My favourite genre of books are definitely fiction, fantasy and contemporary. I love EVERYTHING written by Sarah J Maas, Dorian and Rhysand are my fictional crushes!

Some bookish facts about me:

• I prefer paperbacks over hardbacks

• I love the smell of new books

• I'm a HUUUGE crier when it comes to books or anything remotely emotional, I'm just a very sympathetic person

• I try not to, but I do judge a book by it's cover ... If I really want to read the book but I don't like its cover I try and find another addition online

• I'm very fussy about letting people borrow my books

• I'm the type of person who'd rather sprain my neck trying to read by barely opening the pages, just to prevent the spine from creasing

• I love buying books ... who doesn't! I just love knowing that I have a physical copy I can reach for anytime I feel like revisiting the world or the characters

• When I'm older, I want to buy a house with those bookshelves from the spy movies where when you pull a certain book it opens up a secret room ... except my secret room will just be another library
